3. Our creative designer team is available for your support, no extra cost to you!
   
   
4. You are able to supply your own artwork, your file needs to be saved in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Adobe or as a jpg file.
   
   
5. We will always email you the proof for verification
   
   
6. Any changes can be made before final will be printed
   
   
7. We will always wrap your product very carefully to ensure it will not get damaged in transit
    
8. We will email you the invoice, payment must be finalised before we start with the production of your order.
   
   
9. Payment can be made via Direct Bank Deposit, Cheque or PayPal
   
   
10. We use Paypal as payment option, because PayPal specialises in processing credit card transactions over the internet and uses advanced technology to keep your details safe.
    
    
11. No problem if you don't have a Paypal account, Paypal has the option of letting you pay by credit card "it will be shown in the words "credit card" when paying online" it is not as obvious as the PayPal logo.
      
12. Turnaround time can be as short as 1-3 days depending on where you live or as arranged with us
